TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you
("you") and ,"Irantour.org" regarding your use of the Irantour.org
Service. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions as stated,
please do not use this service.
Reservations through the online system are contracts between guests and hotels. We need a valid credit card number for guaranty ,(If you don't send Cancellation ,at least 1 night cancellation fees shall be applied. )When you book a room or rooms, We will send your Confirmation Number by e-mail. If you don't want to send your credit card over the Internet, You can pay to our account
Credit card:
Your credit card is passed on to the hotel through the Security-Server.
The details of your card are protected against abuse. The credit card is the
guarantee for the hotel up to your arrival.
The confirmation of your reservation:
You'll receive the confirmation of your reservation within a few hours,
Payment:
Indicated prices in US $ are obligatory, the rate of exchanges in
other currencies depend on the current rate (excluded are obvious mistakes).
You have to pay on the day of your departure.
Credit Card Guarantee
We're dedicated to protecting your credit card security.
Your credit card is protected whenever you make a purchase or reservation on Irantour.org. If any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card statement within 12 months of your last Irantour.org transaction, report this fraud to your credit card provider and contact us immediately
Cancellation Policy for Hotel Reservation
- Cancellation should be sent to Irantour.org at least 3 business days (not including Thursday, Friday and public holidays), prior to your check-in date.
- Cancellation less than 3 business days is considered as No-Show, and at least 1 night cancellation fees shall be applied.
- There will be no refund for un-used room nights.
Note1: In certain circumstances
such as during the peak touristy season, some hotels may request
guaranteed pre-payment in full which is non-refundable at all. In other
words, there will be no refund once your payment is made. Of course, we
will notify you, if this strict instance occurred, in our confirmation
message before you make any commitment.
Note2:The cancellation fee may not
charge by Irantour.org. However cancellation fees might be charged by
other contractors such as Hotel, Transportation, .....
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the
appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times.
LAW OF
AGREEMENT
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic
Republic of Iran. Any claim or legal action arising relating this
agreement, the regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran shall rule.
