Job Summary:

Works with Sales Manager and Purchasing Manager to coordinate all aspects of purchased group incentive travel programs, business meetings and tradeshows (consisting of 20 - 4000 participants) Responsible for detail development of programs, including, but not limited to all functions/events, daytime activities and transportation. Reviews and manages hotel contracts and room blocks, DMC contracts with attrition/deposit dates and reviews airline blocks. Maintains budget and on going negotiations with vendors. Initiates and coordinates all appropriate communications with internal departments to include an operation schedule, supplier deposit schedule, transportation and participant management briefings, and travel staff. Acts as liaison between Sales, client, internal departments and Travel Staff. Obtains and delivers reports as required. Develops, writes, prints all pre-travel communication pieces. Arranges and attends site inspections and program operations where necessary and appropriate. Prepares final bill with Travel Accounting prior to presenting to client.

Salary:

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
